5. Scheduling & Appointments

• In-home consultations are scheduled based on availability and must be confirmed by Keo Design Group.

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, permitting, material availability, or other unforeseen conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, drawings, and related materials created by Keo Design Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for their specific project.

7. Liability

While Keo Design Group strives for accuracy and quality in every project, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties, permitting agencies, or unforeseen site conditions

• Damages resulting from the client’s failure to disclose important information about the property

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Third-Party Services

We may work with subcontractors, vendors, or other professionals to complete projects. Keo Design Group is not responsible for the policies or actions of third parties not directly contracted by us.
