Service Description

Our in-person consultation is the first step toward bringing your vision to life. During this on-site visit, a licensed representative from Keo Design Group, LLC will meet with you at your property to: - Discuss your project goals, needs, and concerns - Evaluate the existing conditions of the space - Take measurements, photos, and notes for planning - Provide insight on design possibilities, materials, and potential constraints - Determine the next steps in the renovation or construction process This consultation is a site evaluation only. No design work, drawings, or final quotes will be provided during the visit. Any additional services (such as architectural planning, permit documents, or 3D renderings) will be billed separately if needed.
